Zoom GK Mindset Sessions
Are you looking to take your game to the next level?!
Something new that I’ve been working on for a while, delighted to announce that the GK Mindset Sessions are up and running!
We spend so much time focusing on the physical aspects of the game, in these mindset sessions we will focus on the mental/psychological side of the game. We will be looking at the following 8 key areas throughout the programme –
1) The growth mindset
2) Dealing with mistakes
3) Motivation and Confidence
4) Pressure and Game Day
5) Understanding your role within the team
6) Goal setting
7) Lifestyle choices
8) Self belief
Lots of lessons and take aways for both on and off the pitch!
Become better people and better goalkeepers.
You will have access to one session per week, a link will be sent to you via email so you can view the session live. Just a pen and paper is needed for some short note taking/activities. Sessions will be between 45 minutes – 1 hour long and pitched appropriately for different age categories.
