Bio

Josh has played recreational football for his entire life representing numerous clubs and collecting a variety of accolades along the way. Although never being scouted Josh has always been a sought-after keeper for teams at an amateur level. At primary and secondary school Josh would make countless appearances representing his school through a variety of tournaments which allowed Josh to showcase his talents at Finch farm.  In secondary school certain circumstances resulted in Josh playing as a central defender in a victorious sixth form team during that seasons Sefton County cup, this adjustment in position for Josh developed a newfound insight into the modern game,unlocking ideas for how a goalkeeper can work in unison with their defensive line. Josh is hoping to bring his passion and knowledge of the game into his coaching trade by which he can transform a child’s goalkeeping experience.

Experience

Coaching is a new experience for Josh but is hoping to quickly learn along with his students and collectively improve together. Where Josh lacks in coaching experience he certainly makes up for in playing experience. As an ex-student of J4K Josh knows how vital these sessions were to him for his matchday performances as these sessions would be the only training he would receive in between matches.
