I was born and raised in a small town in west-central New Hampshire.
We played sports, played sports and then played more sports.
I found that my favorite sport was soccer. My new home was between the pipes, I was a Goalkeeper.
My goalkeeper coach/mentor played such a huge role in my life.
I was so blessed to have Jack Clegg as a coach, mentor and role model. He guided me in the goal and in life.
I know he is finally smiling down at me with approving eyes.
Jack introduced me to the great Bobby Clarke who was the national keeper for Scotland then the head coach at Dartmouth College in Hanover NH. Coach Clarke taught me the aspects of the goalkeeping position.
During high school we won state championships and I received many state, regional and national awards. I was recruited by a few Top D-2 schools and decided to stay in New Hampshire and went to Plymouth State University. I split time my freshman year with a senior then took the leadership role and led the team during year two. Year three I was involved in a midair collision with one of my defensive players, I suffered a grade 3 concussion and was never the same.
My journey had now changed direction and I became an assistant coach/goalkeeper coach. I coached for two years at a New Hampshire high school known for its soccer program. I then coached for another high school in Vermont for two years. After four years of keeper coaching at top level schools, I was able to help guide three All State goalkeepers. Most importantly I helped four young adults see their true potential, which is that they are amazing leaders and great people.
I took a few years away from soccer and became a certified personal trainer and fitness coach. I absolutely loved and still love helping people reach their goals through fitness.
I now love being back in the game. In the last three years I have trained keepers for a few Charlotte clubs, Charlotte FC unified team and Charlotte FC camps and clinics.
I am currently the owner and head coach at Evolve Goalkeeper Training/powered by Just for Keepers (UK)

To impact as many Goalkeepers as possible by using a proven system, that helps develop Next Level Keepers but more importantly NEXT LEVEL Individuals and leaders.
