In this video we look at a some footwork drills using the following equipment (2 x speed ladders, 5kg medicine ball, aerobic step, 2 x manequins and cones/footballs)
With the drills we looked to increase speed, strength and balance…. Some of the drills which are weighted (medicine ball) should be performed by only older stronger keepers.
