Hi guys a quick 10minute video for you from a 1on1 session from Just 4 Keepers NW London.
With student Andy we were looking at strengthening his core and lower body as well as warm up the session with some footwork and handling.
Core strength for a keeper is really important for agility and drive through your movement and recovery from saves. Through working core within a goalkeeping session we are also working handling with the ball. In this session we worked with a medicine ball as well to increase strength.
